"DAL Builders' Tim Larkin did an excellent job in our condo. He connected us with workers who added a backsplash to our kitchen, installed a new window to replace one that leaked, and painted the entire 6-room apartment. He was very flexible about scheduling and quick to respond to phone calls. The painting crew, lead by Gio, did a great job and cleaned up at the end of each day. Would definitely hire DAL again."

"We hired this builder for a renovation of our home and were extremely happy with the experience. They were knowledgeable, dependable, and easy to communicate with throughout the project. The workmanship was excellent, and we really appreciated their attention to detail and the care they took with our home. Everything came together beautifully, and the finished space was exactly what we had hoped for. I would absolutely recommend them for a home renovation."

"Great company to work with. Fully transparent and talked through all options. Joe did a great job coordinating all the moving parts and pieces. And I really appreciate that since I only had one bathroom they left me a working toilet as long possible. It was a wonderful consideration. The work was done according to schedule and all the contractors were kind polite, explained things and left things immaculate after finishing for the day. The bathroom turned out amazing."

"We worked with Linda at DESIGNfirst to scope out initial designs for multiple variations of a major multi-floor / multi-room remodel of our home. She was extremely helpful in proposing and developing design ideas and effective at working with her team to turn around our proposal variations in a timely fashion with high quality. We ultimately held off on our remodeling plans for reasons completely unrelated to the outstanding work Linda and DESIGNfirst provided. We hope to revisit our remodeling plans at the right time, and when we do, we know who we'll call!"
