I had a bad squirrel problem and then I met Vin who went above and beyond- A fellow veteran who has the honor and integrity that is second to none. If you are reading my review -trust me and your search is over when it comes to pest control with this company. Vin is knowledgeable, honest, Passionate and consistent. I would hire again in a heartbeat, I would serve on the battlefield with him and have him over for dinner. Do not hesitate."

"Made me pay half in cash. Only gave me a receipt for the half I paid in the card. $7k+ and I?m thinking he wasn?t ethical. Never brought back all supplies I paid for. Told me to go to Home Depot and buy mouse traps. "

"Very quick and prompt response. As soon as the request was submitted, they reached out to me and resolved within an hour. The guy who came to remove the dead animal did an excellent job by removing tbe dirt and mud around. Very nicely done. Thank you for your service!!"

"Calvin was who called me back and he said in order for them to come out and give me a service I would have to sign an agreement that I would continue with them for a year. When I asked what happens if I'm not happy with the job, Calvin said it would be no problem to discontinue. Well, I wan't happy with the job, though the tech that came out to service our home was very nice and professional. However, it did not take care of my pest problem so after 2 tries I cancelled. Now they are saying I have to pay a disconnect fee per the agreement. I told them what I was told and all they would say is "I apologize." Clearly this is a rehearsed line that they've told others. I would have to say that this is a dishonest company. Saying what it takes to get the job and then holding you responsible for their poor work. I am a bit cautious to say the least to go with Angies again if this is whom they are recommending."
