"They were on time and professional. The job did not go without problems though. After installation we had a rainy day and had several leaks at the back porch cover. They did come back within 2 days and fixed the problem. Also had some shingles that were sticking up on the roof and they added more glue and that fixed the problem. As far as I can tell at this point, all leaks have been fixed in a timely manner. They were quick to respond to our problem. I would hire them again, but my husband was super upset and he does not share my sentiment. He did not expect any problems after job completion. I was much more calm and had no doubt they would come back and all would be well....which it was in the end."

"Professional and on time. Performed tune up as per coupon and found 3 sprinkler heads not performing correctly. Returned on Saturday and repaired the heads. Price may have been a little high for work performed but he as on premises several hours completing the work. I have no problems with the work or workmen. I would use them again if necessary."

"The wrong shower tile was installed, the exhaust fan/light was not installed and not left at the job site, grab bar was not installed as requested, work site was left a mess. When concerns were voiced to the owner he stated "That's how we always do it" and that my disappointment was a list of "petty stuff". He advised that his customers were always satisfied and I had yelled and cursed at him which was not the way he does business. I may have yelled, but I was not a satisfied customer and wanted at least some sort of apology or indication that he had some responsibility in not doing the job as expected. That did not happen. Two and a half weeks later, I made a second call. He did offer to "fix" two of my issues (threshold not level with hall floor and install fan/light so that the light would work with the old fan - I had expected to have the new fan and light installed). I declined his offer as I have no faith that his fix will be any better than the work already done. I live out of state and would not be on site to see what was done. Additionally, there is no way for him to "fix" the wrong tile, the fan/light I provided and paid for is gone, as is the leftover paint that I paid for and I have already cleaned/scrubbed walls, floor, toilet, vanity, mirror and light fixture which all had grout or paint left on them. "Thought I had a 100% pro deck built but beyond further investigation I noticed my ramp was notched out on one side and the other side was cut flush. Got the owner of the company back out here finally and I was busy with my own work and did not go around to see his work until he was already gone. I will let the pictures do the talking on that one. Also told him to run 1x4 loose to put down used metal roof in same holes but somehow that wasn't possible either. Also was getting an estimate on front porch but thank goodness he never got me the estimate."
