"Doug did an excellent job. Was able to diagnose and repair a difficult faucet."

"Excellent! We have used A&A for approximately 15 years. The plumbers at A&A are top notch. Recently, we had all shower heads, in wall controllers, and hardware replaced for 2 bathrooms. David Williams was our plumber. He did a great job and we love our updated bathroom showers thanks to David. Once again another quality job by A&A plumbing! In addition to working with David, we also worked with Kerry to coordinate our job and make any necessary arrangements. Kerry is very personable and responsive...simply put, Kerry is awesome! One of the bathrooms required access to the plumbing by cutting a hole in sheetrock in the wall behind the bathroom and the other bathroom needed tile cut out for access. The work to replace/repair the sheetrock and tile was performed by Warren at Bexar Home Repair and when he came to provide us a quote as well as when he performed the repair work, he commented on how impressed he was with the careful and precise removal of the tile by the plumber to allow for ease of replacement."

"Mike was our technician and was so pleasant and easy to deal with. He did a thorough check of our AC system and made one recommendation, but did not try to pressure us in any way to replace anything unnecessary. A couple of years ago we had been pressured by another company to replace our aging system. We called Air Systems after reading good reviews and they only did what was needed and saved us thousands of dollars. Our system has been running perfectly since then and they were back today for a maintenance check-up. I was nervous that Mike would find something major needing done, but he didn't. He cleaned out the drain pipe and only recommended a fan cleaning which we will have them do. We are going with their service plan which is a reasonable price of $156. for both AC and heating maintenance throughout the year."

"After a major local company quoted me hundreds more, I turned to Angie's List and found Ray Ray's Plumbing. (For some reason I could not find the business again when I went back to write this review.) While some other companies REFUSE to give a ballpark quote, even when you know exactly what needs to be done, Ray quoted me a reasonable range. It ended up being on the low end, even though he could've charged a lot more. Great service from an honest plumber."

"Mike and Derrick did a fantastic job replacing our York system. They were very courteous and professional. Carpet was protected and site was left spotless."

"Robert is super prompt and quoted a fair price for the replacement faucets. He did the job was mindful of my home and did a great job. I will be using this company again for and plumbing needs."

"Very professional, on time and easy to work with. They gave me a free estimate and I never felt pressured by them. Got the job done quickly and have had no issues. They are my go to plumber for all things now! Thanks for making it so easy!"

"Yes I would rehire them for any plumbing problems I have in the future they came out did a great job for me listen to what I had to get done and did it"

"Big City Plumbing offers excellent value for service with the added perks to their customer of integrity, professionalism, competency, punctuality, and just good people. My interaction with each person, starting with Kristin who does the scheduling, to Tony and Cole who provided the actual service, and Travis Chapman who is the owner, was a great experience for me. Every phase of the installation was explained in detail, completed in good time, and even better, no additional fees were added to the original quote. Heaven!"
