"He did terrific work. He did a beautiful carpentry job that is going to stand out and last for years. It was really a great piece of carpentry and I was really pleased with it. He did everything he said he would. He was there on time and he was punctual. He didn't mess around. He was there when he told me he would be pretty much to the second. He gave me an estimate and he came back with the gate when he said he would. He charged 50% upfront and the rest when he was done. I was impressed with the work. It was clean. It is a really good gate. He gave me realistic time frames. I could time my watch by him. He was very professional and he did everything I asked him to do. I would absolutely use him again."

"I've dealt with a number of contractors throughout the years and I must say Adam Othman is truly one of a kind. Adam only works on one job at a time and the quality of service really shows. I knew Adam was the right person for our project immediately after our very first phone call. He took his time to really understand my objectives. You immediately get the sense that Adam is unlike other contractors. He is extremely sensitive to the client's budget and goes beyond the call of duty to get the job done right and on budget. Our project involved a 1922 Spanish home with a very low tiled ceiling. The ceiling was extremely out of scale in relation to the size of the room and it was our objective to raise it as high as possible. Prior to our contract, Adam dedicated so much time surveying the attic on two separate occasions and helped us come up with a solution that didn't require any major structural modification to our existing roof. Adam is a very methodical thinker. You could literally see his mind coming up with solutions as he quietly studied the project. You know you are in good hands because of the questions he asks. He anticipates problems before they even happen and that really put us at ease. Our project time frame was 4 weeks. Adam started the project on time and finished EXACTLY on the week he promised. He is by far the most organized contractor I've ever dealt with. Workmanship was superb. The work area was always left clean and the framing he personally did on the ceiling was truly a work of art. Before the drywall went up, he and I joked that the framing was too beautiful to cover up. He did absolutely beautiful work. The drywall crew did an outstanding job skim coating the plaster walls and their workmanship was as superb as Adam's. He clearly hires the best sub contractors in the business. It was the most stress free experience we've had from any previous contractor and that is testament to the way Adam runs his business. The living room is now quickly becoming my favorite room in the house and I am grateful to Adam for putting all his heart into it. He is truly a wonderful contractor who I now consider a friend. I have absolutely no hesitation recommending him to anyone. He is truly the best!"

"Daniel and his Dad are AWESOME, even my dog fell in love with them!  They are kind, caring, and a pleasure to have in your home.  We hired them because they provide turnkey service from start to finish (with the exception of the cabinets and Silestone counter tops).  They have only your project going at one time and work long hard days and Saturday (if needed) to meet the projected time-line they quote you at the beginning of the project. <br /> They completely gutted and remodeled our master and guest bathrooms and everyting turned out great.  Additionally, after the project was completed we had a few mal-functions from products that were defective like an electrical switch and having to adjust a light fixture after the cabinet guy completed his part of the project.  One call to Daniel and he and his Dad come out very quickly and cheerfully to resolve the problem. <br /> Tips:  Be sure to order your products at least on month in advance of the project start date:  i.e. lighting fixtures, faucets, towel bars etc. because times have changed!  Items take longer to get, are on back-order, and come in defective or wrong and you need time to reorder.   Additionally, be sure and open boxes right away to check the products status.  These problems cause Daniel and his Dad delays and extend your lead-time.  <br /> PS If you want to buy them lunch...they like Panda Express. <br />"

"From the moment I met Guy, I sensed he was very different from other contractors with whom I'd worked....and it was true. He wrote down, in detail, everything that was to be done and it was all completed beautifully and in a timely manner. He brought in superb craftsmen and treated them with great respect, something I've found lacking in other contractors with whom I've worked. Whenever I had a question, he responded promptly and visited often to make sure I was pleased with the work. He even built a custom support for an under-mount sink when the one provided by the manufacturer proved flimsy--something that wasn't even included in our contract! I'd developed some trust issues over the last couple years as a result of working with dishonest contractors or those whose work was of a poor quality. Guy renewed my faith. "Matt showed up with proper supplies to perform the work as we had discussed on the phone. He did the work quickly and professionally. There was some other areas that had been recommended by a home inspector as needing repairs, but Matt explained that there was already a metal flange in place that provided a seal in the firewall. While he said that he could seal up the opening around the vent stack, he said it wasn’t necessary and it would be a waste of my money. That says to me that he isn’t out to make money on unnecessary work. I would definitely recommend this handyman"
