I explained I had a Water Heater under warranty that was placed by Parker & Sons 4 years ago. They wanted to charge me almost the same price as I paid for it 4 years ago just to replace it. They said that is for the labor but it was under warranty. Al was super professional and very helpful. Al replaced it in a couple of hours and we had hot water! "Outstanding and friendly service! quick turnaround on install. I think their monthly maintenance program is a great concept and will save you tons of money in the long run. Only thing I thought was a bit of a hassle was having to schedule multiple people to come out just to give you a quote. Plummer came out to then tell me they had to have his manager come out to sell me the water softener system- then depending on how long it takes another appointment just to install. Was bit of a hassle but luckily I was off work for a week so it wasn’t a huge deal. They will try to upsell you but not pushy by any means. Definitely recommend!"
