"Fast service, excellent and thorough clean up. Very helpful and explained the entire process, answered all my questions. Took 5 days to dry everything out with their equipment, required removal of baseboard ceramic tiles and drilling holes to get to wet areas. I also asked them to do the restoration and necessary repairs for restorations. Excellent all around and daily checks were made during the entire process. They were not done until they were sure I was completely satisfied. I hope I don’t have another serious water damage issue, but if I do they will be the ones I will call and will recommend to those that need that kind of service. Everyone of the crew that was on site was very courteous and friendly and kept me informed of progress and findings and issues each time they were on site. Definitely 5 stars all around."
