"If I could give a 6th star, I would. Rick was a godsend for our projects. He is responsive, knowledgeable, resourceful, and goes above and beyond to make sure the outcome is perfect. His work is meticulous and his advice is always reasoned, measured, and 100% accurate. He's a nice guy and someone I trust implicitly. Specifically, he cut out sheetrock and mud due to asbestos issues and his cuts and containment were perfect. He even managed to save some of our tiles for future use! Additionally, he did some mold remediation in our crawl space and went above and beyond to clean up trash others had left behind. He's honest, fair, and worth every penny! Thanks, Rick!!"

"MOLD IN YOUR HOUSE AND /OR CRAWLSPACE? Pure Maintenance Of Georgia is your answer. Donâ t look further. Iâ m serious. Just stop. My house had mold on every single inch of every single item in my house (furniture, clothes, books, photos, art, items inside storage boxes, tackle boxes, everything). Nothing was left untouched. Where air got, the mold got. I had 6 different estimates done with mold remediation companies. All of them would take around 2 weeks to treat, my dog and I would need to find a place to stay, I would have to throw away my mattresses, plants, furniture. I would have to have my carpets & drapes professionally cleaned. 3 of the companies said I would have to have all my furniture moved to a facility to be cleaned. All of this for the cost of $50,000 â 70,000. I hadnâ t been able to live in my house for 4 months already due to the mold, and then I was facing the prospect of essentially abandoning my house due to lack of funds, while trying to find alternate housing with no job, in the middle of a pandemic. The nightmare kept getting worse. It took 3 hours for Pure Maintenance of Georgia to complete the job. It cost me $2,558. I didnâ t have to throw away a thing. I arranged to have my house deep cleaned the next day with another company. That was $400. So, all in, $2,958. Cathy was my first contact with the company, and since then, she has been steadfast and quick in her communications with me, always educating me, extending patience and kindness. She makes things happen. Joshua conducted the estimate. I learned, hands-on, what was going on with my mold issue, how it started in my crawlspace and traveled into my home, and so much more. His scientific knowledge is incredible. I asked a lot of questions, and I never felt rushed; Joshua was clearly happy to spread his knowledge. Chad conducted the treatment, and is another scientific knowledge data bank. I learned a lot from Chad on how to keep my home safe moving forward. It was another education for sure.
