"I had significant water intrusion into my garage and a bathroom, which is underneath my kitchen, during the tropical storm last fall. There had also been some previous water damage as well. I used Angie's list deal to get mold testing done. Aaron showed up at the scheduled time and completed the testing. In a few days, he sent me the results of the testing and a quote on remediation. Fortunately the mold was minor,, however the damage was still significant so I contracted to fix the damage. The work took about three days. They used vapor barrier and fans to keep the air contained in the garage as they removed the drywall and insulation, treated the mold that they found. They replaced the insulation and put up new drywall using quality materials. Overall, the work went smooth. The workers were timely, professional and took good care of my home."

"Honest, responsive, and cares about his work and customer satisfaction!"

"They haven't done any work for me, yet. I will have them inspect the house and spray the preventive when the work is done. So far , they have saved me a lot of money."

"Johnson and Jeff did an amazing job !"

"We have used A-1 since we purchased our home and they have done the yearly inspections. Any noticeable termite activity was always promptly take care of. We recently had them redo the whole house exterior treatment when more termite activity was noticed. The tech that came out to do the inspection and treatment seemed very knowledgeable and was very thorough. Overall we are very happy with the work provided."

"Geoff came and helped us figure out the simplest way to accomplish our goals; we essentially ended up turning our family room over the garage into a second master suite with a walk-in closet and bathroom. Price was reasonable, Geoff did most of the work himself, and he was THE MOST RELIABLE contractor we have used so far in terms of being there when he said he would be; he also came in slightly under his estimate in terms of cost. He got the permit and inspections done as well, never one hiccup."

"Excellent service. Very punctual and completely professional. Advised that there is no mold problem in my attic. Also advised that the UV air purifier system recommended by my normal HVAC service provider is a total waste. Noted the absence of a return line on my HVAC (a problem noted by a previous inspector). I asked him to write up an estimate for installing the return. I will probably have him do the work."
