"He is very prompt and the inspection goes well"

"We delta with the owner. He was very professional. He explained every step in the process and was very up front about the cost of the work. There was absolutely no pressure to commit to the service. We started with a test to determine the level of mold and mildew we had in the house. When the test results came back we committed to the clean-up process. They started work exactly as promised and did all the work we committed to have done. The workmen were as professional as the owner and were very polite and thorough. The after testing proved they more than resolved the problem. We were extremely pleased with the work and the friendliness and professionalism of everyone at EnviroMax Services."

"I contacted several companies for mold removal estimates, and GEM Services MI stood out from the rest. They were *clearly* knowledgeable and experienced in dealing with mold issues. They used professional equipment and followed industry best practices. I felt confident in their work, and the results speak for themselves. My basement is now mold-free and I have peace of mind. I would definitely use them again, and highly recommend them to anyone facing a mold problem."
