As a result there was more damage than usual to the sheet rock ceiling. The crew cleaned up and followed the mitigation procedures required by the state for safety. The owner was very professional and clear about what to expect prior to initiating the procedure and was the only company who gave a bid who was realistic about the difficulty of the project.
