One did the work while the other explained things to me. I knew that we had some mold because it was becoming visible on the air vent covers. He initially quoted me $1100. Then he offered a 20% military discount. I looked up the average cost and offered $500, and agreed that we would replace our own vent covers, which he accepted. The online sites and this company’s rep both said that the mold treatment itself normally takes about 2-5 hours, on top of the regular vent cleaning. The techs were only here for about an hour and a half so I wonder how good of a job was done."
