"I was just so impressed by this companies total organization. From the initial person I spoke with to ensure she exactly what I needed done, to the installer (John) who is a total professional. They did everything they stated they would and went over and above to ensure that I was fully satisfied. For example, when John was installing my new garage door opener he asked me if it was OK if he changed the motor mount? When I asked him why he recommended this he said that he could install a much more sturdier one and that if he was going to do something he would just like to make sure that it was done right. I would also like to add they completed the project at almost half of the cost estimate that received from another highly recommended garage door repair company just two days earlier. So, needless to say I would totally recommend Aiken Augusta Garage Door, LLC to anyone needing any of these type repairs."
