A positive first impression on initial contact was that Brent actually answered the phone rather than our call going to voicemail like most other roofing contractors we attempted to contact. This was consistent for all subsequent phone calls we made to Brent as well. We appreciated his responsiveness. Brent came out within a couple of days to survey the scope of the project (residence and pole barn), and he explained how the process would work in conjunction with our insurance. He explained what materials would be used and what aspects of the replacement roof would be different/upgraded from the old roof. Because we had wind damage, and one area completely missing shingles, causing leakage, Brent had one of his crew stop by and put up a temporary covering until they could schedule the work.
