we called Popil Roofing Company (PRC) of Brunswick OH for a consultation. The owner, Ed Popil, came out the next day, a Wednesday, and gave us a reasonable price quote. Ed and his crew returned that Saturday morning and had the new roof on by early afternoon. The gutter replacement was scheduled for the following Saturday. Ed's team did a great job installing, removing the debris and cleaning up the work site. Their friendly and professional manner was matched by the excellence of their workmanship. "My wife and I are licensed architects and very particular and demanding of our contractors. Bob explained the technology of his products and took the time to listen and understand the job. He was flexible and able to use the particular shingle we wanted which wasn't his preferred brand. We also replaced a flat roofed porch and, on the week of the job, we asked that he install a roll roofing material that closely matched the roof shingles' color. He quickly located that particular material which was not at his usual supplier. Most contractors would not have catered to their clients as he did. His workers showed up when they said and were neat and courteous. The flat roof took much longer than expected due to the difficulty of removing the railing, but they didn't charge more. The roofs look great and we are glad to have chosen Northeast Ohio Renovations."

"Everything went very well with the job.  Good communication upfront, and they did the extra plumbing work for a reasonable fee.  I was very pleased with the tile installation, the installer was very good, and the whole crew was a very hard working bunch.  They also installed an extra light in the shower which was a last minute add in request during the job, again for a reasonable price.  They were also meticulous in cleaning up after the job was completed.  I was very satisfied start to finish.
