"We had significant water accumulation during episodes of rain, with large puddles and standing water on the side of our property, and we knew we had to fix it.
Phillip gave us an estimate early on, but it took a while to get the project started because of some permits we needed and because of weather; however, Phillip was always available and kept us updated. The first thing the crew told us was "it's going to look like a bomb went off, but when we finish you wont even notice it", and they were absolutely right. Our project was complicated by a significant amount of rocks that had to be jack hammered in order to be removed and some rain during the excavation, but they installed the multidrainage lines as agreed; they also went above and beyond by fixing and improving things besides the ones that were planned and originally agreed upon. The crew was incredibly nice and hardworking, and they left everything in perfect shape once they were done.
