"Murphree Roofing repaired the rotted siding on my chimney. The quote was comprehensive and reasonable. The crew (very polite) began work when the weather permitted and was completed in a reasonable 2 days. The work they did was an improvement over and above the way it was originally built taking special care to make sure that the repairs would last (new flashing around the chimney to redirect rain runoff and repair of the chimney cap). The siding, trim and paint matched the rest of the house even though you would expect the paint not to match due to fading. Mr. Murphree came and inspected the job after it was complete and showed me everything his crew fixed and replaced. I was so happy with the results that I have already hired Murphree Roofing to replace a metal exterior door and frame to my garage."

"The contracted the work off to a third party. Jon took longer than expected. The windows was installed pretty good from the looks. Communication could have been better with knowing the job will take longer and what types of trims I wanted for the windows. As the contractor that was hired for this job by this company. Did a good job with putting up decent trim. As for the new windows they look great. I purchased the myself and hired sentri homes to install them. I will need to have a my siding on my house redone to be closer to the new windows so the gaps are not so obvious. That was not expected at first. But from old storm windows and not knowing how they were put in originally. There was some unknown things that was learned from the job being completed. I will have the siding of the house slightly done to match really good for what I wanted later on. My only concern is better communication with sentri homes. Overall they were great when I did talk to them."

In fairness, it did rain a more than normal amount during those weeks, but there were days of dry weather when I wondered why they don't come and do this small job. "Mr. Webb came out to do my estimate quickly after my initial request. I had some odd jobs around my house that I have been meaning to take care of. He charged me a flat, per day amount that I thought was very reasonable. I ordered the columns that needed to be replaced in front of my house and he told me that his crew would pick everything up from the store on the way over to do the work.
It was the easiest process I have ever experienced with a service provider. He told me when they would be out, which was about 2 weeks from my initial contact ? very quick, in my opinion.  I also didn't even need to be home since everything was outside that needed to be repaired.  When I got home from work everything was complete and looked so good.  I was also provided all of the receipts for anything they had to go out and buy to finish the job, which I really appreciated.  The only not positive thing for me is that I wish I would have had an idea of how long each job would take.  When I got home early that day to check the progress, they were already finished.  There were a couple other minimal things I could have had them do (replace two lighting fixtures outside) if I would have known the time for completion on the other jobs would not take a full day, since I was paying a per-day rate.  However, as I?ve said, the rate was very reasonable, so I wasn?t too worried about it. 
Overall, it was a very positive experience.  I already know that I will use them again for a later project and have recommended them to others.
