"It went extremely well. Moshe returned my phone call within 10 minutes of me leaving him a message about my request for a repair. The repair was very simple and Moshe gave me instructions over the phone on how to do the work myself. He could have come out and performed the service repair himself and collected a diagnostic fee but instead he gave me the option to get the repair done ASAP at no cost. They advertise on their website they know Bosch, not too sure about that. For some reason the softner dispenser will never drain. I did ask Sunny/alias Bill about that. Unable to diagnose. I was going to have him look at the dryer, but changed my mind. Sunny/Alias Bill was a very Honest/ nice person and I would not want to reflect a negative review on him. However, Sunny Appliance Repair, the bill did not reflect the discount. Not a good way to win over a new customer! I would use them again with a repair I already understand whats wrong, however not for any type of maintenance repair"
