"We had been told previously by other companies in recent years that we needed a new well dug. We read the reviews on this company and liked that they had lots of experience dealing with wells. We thought we’d get their assessment and C and J felt it was our well pump and they were right. It was a two day job because of the difficulties with removing the old pump . They had to do an acid wash overnight to loosen the old pump and facilitate removal and then flushed out the well before putting in the new pump. Everyone was very professional and explained every step. They also gave us tips on keeping our well and new pump in good working order. Many wells in our area are, like ours, slow recovery wells so they also advised putting on a regulator to keep it from getting overwhelmed. Because of the difficulty with the old pump and it being a two day job, it was a bit more expensive than we had anticipated but it was worth it to feel confident that things were done correctly. Our new pump is working great. We wouldn’t hesitate to hire them again and highly recommend them especially to anyone with well problems!"

I called Plumbing, Heating Paramedics and was able to schedule a time a few days later. The service team member was friendly, professional, he wore a mask and booties. "The crews were extraordinarily polite, friendly, efficient, and very energetic. They ran into a lot of underground water when digging the trench for the buckled wall repair, but were able to put in the necessary reinforcements from inside the basement extending out to the trenched area. We live in an area with a lot of underground springs and artesian water, and when they began work the dirt under the foundation and crawl space was just wet mud, and water poured in at 36 inches deep as they created an outlet for the water to be safely drained away from the house. The basement is completely dry and we have a back up sump pump. My basement is surrounded by a crawl space since it was added after the house was built. The sump pumps and dehumidifier are warrantied for 5 years and the waterproofing has a lifetime warranty. Our house had problems because the basement was added after the house was built, but Indiana Foundation was able to make the house safe, and completely dry and usable. Since we live on a hillside, we will be adding a French drain behind the house and garage, far enough away to not further damage any of the foundations, but at the natural flow of the hillside where water collects to run down hill or underground. If we go at least 36 inches deep, it should help reduce some of the water that flows into the house area. This was some advice given by the supervisor at Indiana Foundation. They don't install French drains any longer, as they don't carry away all water and don't carry a guarantee, but in our situation it will probably help and is something I will be contracting out in the near future. The French drain is similar to what farmers install in fields to drain away excess water to a creek or deep ditch. It isn't something we have to do, but it will put a lot less strain on the sump pumps and other equipment, and in case of a long term power outage, would likely save our other appliances too (furnace, water heater, walls, etc.). I love the battery back up pump and it has already been in use twice when we had two separate power outages from storms. The workmen from Indiana Foundation were delightful to have in my home, running in and out with loads of materials, cheerfully hammering the walls and floors to install their system. Second: My electrician was able to repair a line running to our garage after the water problem was resolved. Water poured in over the connections in the basement without our realizing it, and no electricity was live in the back room of the garage. New basement, New Electric, New Plumbing - we are very happy with the results!"

"I checked with three other companies and US Water impressed me with their knowledge and punctuality. Also their ability to come down a bit on the price was a help. I was trying to remove a large amount of rust from my system as well as get a functioning water softener. The technician was on time and friendly. Once the old water softner was removed, things started to get a little more complicated as the piping back to the pressure tank was rotted, as well as the pressure tank itself. A hurried trip to the plumbing store was needed to ensure I had water for the evening. The owner and I discussed the cost of this additional repair, and we agreed to worry about it after the repair was complete. Installation was halted after the pressure tank and new lines where run because it was 8PM. They agreed to come back in the morning to finish the installation of the rest of the system. The next day they showed up on time and finished installing everything. They cleaned up after themselves and explained the whole process and how it all worked. When we went to settle the final bill, we agreed to split the cost of the new pressure tank and parts, with the labor being thrown in for free. I ended up with a new pressure tank and piping for $100 which is cheaper than I could have done it myself. Since then the system has functioned flawlessly, and there is no more rust in the water. "Denny's did a great job with attention to detail.  They installed a perimeter drain, removed insulation, drilled holes in block for drainage, installed and plumbed the sump pump, and trenched a drain out to the back yard.   Workers were very pleasant to deal with and Mike made sure everything was right including a return visit.  They did a good job of picking up debris and left the house/space in better condition than before they arrived.  The thorough job was greatly appreciated."
