I called on a Friday afternoon of a holiday weekend and spoke to Josh and within minutes Logan one of the technicians called to let me know he was on his way. Unfortunately, the pump was stuck. It took quite a few attempts, days and hard work from Logan and other crew members. Finally, Brad with C & J Well called on that following Friday morning and said he was on his way and he will get the pump out. "I called, after a reference from Angie's list and another company to US Water Systems. I was able to schedule the appointment on the day I desired. The Service Tech called to give me an updated time of arrival the day of the service call. The gentleman talked to me first about the issues I was having, and then looked at the system. The service tech made a point of explaining how the system works and encouraged me to watch what he did to the system. He cleaned up all water from the hoses. After finishing with the RO system, he explained the Water softener control panel, filled the salt barrel with a bag I had purchased but had trouble lifting, and told me the batter needed replacing and how the battery should fit."

"I sent Mike Denny at Denny's Waterproofing a message with the issue. He called back the following day to get the contact information of the tenant and set up a time to get me a quote. Mike recommended installing a perimeter drain along the basement wall with a sump pump. The quoted price was very fair, and he didn't push back or try to upsell me when I decided to only install the drain along the problem wall instead of the entire house. Within a week (around Christmas as well), Mike and his crew came out and completed the project. They were friendly, punctual, and cleaned up after themselves. So far (2 weeks later) the basement is dry, and there have been several heavy downpours. This is a small, husband and wife owned business that stands behind their work and treats customers with respect. Highly recommended!"
