"Contacted Jim on Wednesday and he came out the same day, found the problem, ordered the part (A defrost circuit board) on the spot, and said as soon as he received the part he would return to install it.He called me on Friday to say he received the board and would be out the same afternoon to install it. He did. He was very customer oriented and reliable. I would recommend him to anyone needing appliance service or repairs."
