"Jason the owner of BEST was the lowest quote to replace my 24 yr old roof. After emailing and texting him and talking to him about what we were wanting to accomplish with a new roof. Jason was willing to meet at my house to explain what roof system he had to offer. He showed me materials that would be best for my roof. He left shingle samples and roof colors to help my wife and I decide what would look best. Jason reassured me that his company would do a excellent job. We told Jason that the roof could not be worked on a certain day because it was our day of rest. Jason honored that request and accommodated us. All I can say is BEST roofing did what Jason said his company would do. They did a excellent job on our roof and It definitely has improved the curb appeal. "Rarely does a person find a service that rates above 5 stars. If it was possible, we would give James Roofing 10 stars for the work they did for us when they re-roofed our house. For us, what started out as a small leak in the ceiling turned out to be caused by other factors. Not only did the shingles start failing, but the roof was never properly installed when the house was originally built, and again 20 plus years ago, when it was re-roofed. James Roofing responded to our request for a estimate for the leak in a timely manner. Not only that, they arrived early and worked every day until the job was done. The initial estimate was for what appeared to be a problem for one section of the roof. On further inspection, they realized that the whole roof had some serious issues. Along with the shingles failure, it was never vented properly. James Roofing was very good at explaining what was wrong and what needed to be done. I believe their charges where very fair. Their crew was hard working and courteous. When it was all over, the house looked great. Their extra effort to clean up the debris was appreciated. "I live on the Oregon coast and had a new roof installed in 2015. It had persistent leak issues that the contractor could not/did not fix. Romvil repaired the leaks, re-built rotted out interior and exterior walls, and replaced our interior sheetrock. They were very clear about letting us know exactly what they knew we needed to have done, before they did it. They showed us computer generated plans that explained why we had problems and what they were going to do. They were totally honest about cost and made sure we had agreed to what it would cost before they did the work. I will gladly. hire them again!!!"
