The process began in Nov 2021 and finished in March 2022. The actual remodel only took a few days, but the waiting period for parts from the Bath Planet supplier/manufacturer was the delay. The material and workmanship of the install was top notch. Any issue pointed out was quickly addressed to our satisfaction. The crew always showed up on time, laid down tarps to maintain cleanliness in our home, worked non-stop, and left a clean workspace at the end of the day. The installation manager, Collin, was always on top of things and communication was easy and pleasant. Members of the install crew were polite at all times. They didn't treat us like idiots and always answered any questions related to the project. Their goal was to ensure happy clients. Some may consider the remodel somewhat on the pricey side, but as with anything, you get what you pay for.
