"The whole service was great. The window replacement was a little slow because the installer had health problems. BUT, the installation was GREAT! It was about a week after the promised timeline. I contracted them to replace our siding because of a hail storm that damaged our aluminum siding. We opted to replace the siding with vinyl siding and it was a super installation. We also opted to replace our garage doors and openers. The contractors arrived at 5:30 pm and were finished at 7:30 pm. I was amazed. A great crew. All of the people involved were very professional. "I can't tell you how refreshing it is to hire someone who comes and does quality work without the drama. Jake and his team came in and replaced about 90+ bad bricks in our chimney. Besides being tough work, Jake did what he said they would do and were professional throughout the whole process. Jake matched the brick and mortar perfectly and you would not know work was done. That was the goal, it looks great and you don't even know bricks were replaced. This was a messy job and you can't tell they were even there as they power sprayed everything down and picked up all the brick and mortar. I'm a long time Angie's List member and this was one of my best experiences. If you need chimney work, they are the one to hire!"

"It went very well. While examining the under sink cabinet, there was a leak in the disposal, Ryan replaced it with a new one. He did a great job by attaching a wood plank under the sink cabinet, it looks good and hardy. Also he found out that there was an additional leak from a pipe in the basement closet. He went and bought all the hardware and did an excellent job in fixing the pipe leak, fixed the drywall, resurfaced and repainted the ceiling of the basement closet and in the process explained everything very well. We are very happy with his services and will definitely hire him for our future home projects."

"There were some issues because some of the gutters didn't get done. There were some issues. He couldn't get to them or something like that. I think he could do better. He didn't do much let's put it like that. We have already a gutter system in place. He didn't clean all of it, I think some were too high, I don't think he had a big ladder. I can't remember the exact price. I told him we didn't need a cleaning we wanted an inspection of the gutters. It wasn't quite what I wanted."

"He was awesome.  He called back, but he was working in Reed field, North Carolina and he could not get to us for a couple of days.  By the time, he got to us we had already gotten the other estimates, and we were pleased with him.  Hampton guy was great.  He was really quick to get back to us, but he had other projects that he had already lined up.  The experience was very satisfactory.  He was very courteous, and prompt.  He was very honest in saying that he cannot get to us, and if we needed to have this work done now, then we need to have to get somebody else.  I appreciated that."
