"The work was scheduled and happened to be a cold and rainy day in New England. The crew came in and worked for a couple of hours but soon the weather got in the way. They left for the day and promptly arrived the next morning and spent the whole day to finish the work. Almost 300 ft of gutter was installed and the old ones removed. The work was completed per our expectations and the cost was slightly higher as some damaged fascia boards needed to be removed and replaced."

"I had my gutters replaced about 2 month ago and I'm so happy with the results. The crew was professional and polite and the foreman made a few recommendations to remove gutters/downspouts that were not functioning properly. We've had several heavy rainstorms since the gutters and downspouts were installed and they work great! They showed us where the fascia needed to be replaced (which we expected) and the new fascia blends in seamlessly with the rest of the house. I no longer have water in my basement or pools of water collecting where the the old downspouts were. They cleaned up everything when they were done, not a nail or piece of aluminum to be found on the ground around the house, which we worried about because we have small dogs that like to run around in the yard."

Since the deck would cover the outside entrance to our basement a trapdoor needed to be built into the floor. The drawings our architect drew had a spot for the door but the design would have been too heavy to open. Dean designed the door so it was both structurally sound and functional. Everyone we worked with was knowledgeable and professional. The team showed up when committed, the team was knowledgeable and respectful. I always had a way to get in touch with someone to discuss any concerns I may have. When the work finished my house looked fabulous! The work was top notch. "Excellent communication! Perhaps the best I’ve seen from a contractor. While waiting to get installation done, they checked in with me on dates and always called me back if I had questions. The took a look at the roof and suggested fixing the chimney first . We had that capped and some bricks replaced with a contractor they referred. The following week they came and did the roof and leaf gutters in 1 day. They cleaned up very well afterward. When I saw a lose shingle in the yard this spring, I called them and they sent someone out to look right away (it was just an extra shingle). The were great to work with and I would not hesitate to hire them again."
