Had them quote removal of all gutters and put up new seamless gutters, including gutter guards and drip-edge and new downspouts. Needed about 20 feet of rotted fascia replaced also. I initially had an scheduled date for the work, but due to timing issues the company was quick to call and reschedule the appointment for work in a very reasonable time. All told the project cost ~$4000. I feel it was well worth it, shouldn't have to worry about gutters or any issues arising from them for 15 years or more! :D"

Since the deck would cover the outside entrance to our basement a trapdoor needed to be built into the floor. The drawings our architect drew had a spot for the door but the design would have been too heavy to open. Dean designed the door so it was both structurally sound and functional. "Excellent communication! Perhaps the best I’ve seen from a contractor. While waiting to get installation done, they checked in with me on dates and always called me back if I had questions. The took a look at the roof and suggested fixing the chimney first . We had that capped and some bricks replaced with a contractor they referred. The following week they came and did the roof and leaf gutters in 1 day. They cleaned up very well afterward. When I saw a lose shingle in the yard this spring, I called them and they sent someone out to look right away (it was just an extra shingle). The were great to work with and I would not hesitate to hire them again."
