He renovated the bathroom with new tiles, replacing bathroom rotten wood frame window with a vinyl frame, installing new light fixtures and repairing bathroom plumbing, repairing torn screens, as well as repainting interior walls and trim throughout the unit and installing new shades throughout. He also plastered water-damaged ceilings and cleaned and organized the basement storage area. On the exterior he replaced a rotted window frame and missing clapboards, then patched and painted the wall. Bob arrived early each day and worked diligently. "Once we called, Rob called within a couple of days to make an appointment.  He came our and was terrific.  Straightforward, very clear, no hard sell.  The price was very competitive, in fact significantly cheaper than another quote we had received.  Because they work with Harvey Windows, we were able to go the showroom in Burlington and look at the options.  And because the Burlington location is a showroom only, the employees there are very helpful, not interested in selling but rather inform.  
Once we decided what we wanted, Rob took our order and gave us a infall time frame about two months out.  Nearly to the day, we got a call that the windows would be delivered on a Friday and the install begin the following Monday. They thought it might take two days but their terrific installer was able to get it done in one.  
We are very happy with our choices.  The windows are great, very professionally installed.  We are wondering why we waited so long.
