"I've known Bob Walter, our plumber ever since we bought our summer home in the Pocono mountains, PA, 15 years ago.  We keep using him, because he has always been reliable and efficiently corrects whatever problem we have. Normally, we ask him to help when we close up our Pocono home at the end of December and he evacuates the water from all pipes so we can turn off the heat without experiencing water freezing problems (This past year, neighbors tell us the temperature stayed in single digits for almost two weeks straight)  In the summer, when we escape Florida's heat, he comes over to reconnect the fittings and makes sure everything works right.
Through the years, he has performed many small repairs as well, as today, when he diagnosed a problem with our garage hose bib, and replaced a broken shutoff valve.

"They do the checks for free. Mostly safety checks. Making sure there's no leaks anywhere. They do really well. They are punctual and show up on time. If they say they will be there at a certain time, they are there."

"I recently had the pleasure of utilizing CM Plumbing and Mechanical for the installation of a new tankless water heater, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the initial consultation to the completion of the installation, Cody and his team were incredibly professional and efficient. What impressed me the most was their responsiveness to my urgent situation. With my previous water heater on the verge of rusting through and potentially flooding my basement, CM Plumbing and Mechanical were able to fit me into their schedule quickly, providing much-needed peace of mind. Cody's attention to detail and willingness to explain the installation process and how to operate the new system were invaluable. He took the time to ensure that I was comfortable and informed me every step of the way, which I greatly appreciated. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend CM Plumbing and Mechanical to anyone in need of plumbing services. Their expertise, professionalism, and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. I wouldn't hesitate to reach out to them again for any future needs."

"Charlie and his people did a accurate excavation, installed septic properly and had no problem passing the inspection .
They did not follow up with the additional drainage installation project, which they quoted and had scheduled for installation.
Overall good company. I would use them again.
