Greg the owner always did a really thorough walk through to make sure he understood what I wanted to accomplish, and make sure all the timelines and potential pitfalls were talked about. It was also really helpful to review the progress of the project with him as the different team members worked to complete it, so I always knew what to expect. The craftsmanship and attention to detail was outstanding. The tile and cabinetry was all custom and required a lot of work around solutions because of the uneven adobe walls. But the tilers, plasterers and flooring guys did an exceptional and beautiful job and it all fell into place nicely. There were minor delays in the project timeline mainly because of the custom nature of the project, but the delays weren't too significant to affect my overall satisfaction. Greg always made sure to keep me well informed of the situation and progress. He and the other workers also always went above and beyond to make sure things were done well and the way that I wanted them. All the members of the Barnes Builders team seem to take a lot of pride in their work, and it truly shows in the final results."
