"We hired Joe to install an awning we purchased from Amazon and were very happy with his work. I sent him pictures, and he provided a quote over the phone. He arrived on time, did a professional job, and made sure everything was properly sealed and securely attached. The awning looks great! He cleaned up afterward and left everything tidy. Very friendly, professional, and great service. Highly recommend!"

"They were very nice and great job!! Showed up when they said they would!!! Also did some skylight sealing and stucco repair"

"Jesse was always on time. After I requested a quote he quickly came and provided a very fair quote. The work was scheduled timely and at my convenience. Jesse did a great job repairing our drywall, some required major demo and replacement. He was able to match the texture of the surrounding areas. Great job! Definitely recommend and will use JWE constructs for future projects!"

"Mr. Miguel Martinez and son gave me a fair price for the fence installation. They were very professional and courteous. Will definitely recommend to others and hir again."

"Before TC Canyon Ventures LLC sent Joseph Lucero last week, 5 or 6 other companies came here in the past three years. Joseph is the only one who gave heed to my design and custom-made heavy-duty column-leg braces for un-wobbling a poorly installed patio-pergola. Joseph had the keen eye of an engineer to grasp the physics-design of the custom-made heavy duty plate-metal pergola-brace that I showed and explained to him. I have the ideal design and parts, and Joseph will lead a TC Canyon team with the muscle-power to implement them."

"He is very busy but got everything done on time , I will hire him again he does more than fencing next job sheetrock repair from roof leaks."

"Overall it went well. We had a few date/day changes that worked out though I stress when I need to adjust my work schedule. I work full time and have learned that I need to be on -site when work is done by independents. I also have 3 dogs that need to be managed. As a widowed and single older person, I feel a bit more protective of my space and security both during and in the future. Phillip is quite Jovial - nice 'good ol boy' affect from Texas. Very casual. I went ahead and had the work done on outside Gazebo (More an open Ramada) that got attached to existing structure so we'll see how that goes. I prefer more detailed specifications on the build. I won't use him for additional structures attached to my home until I'm retired. I could attached a photo if my son helps me but not at this time. Want to say he di modify the slatting on top to preserve existing vines as requested. Very Happy about that spec. treatment."
