"Our garage door had stopped closing. Not an emergency but wanted to get it fixed. We used Precision quite a while ago so I sent a chat note to them at about 4:00 PM Wednesday. Almost immediately I got a note back, offering an appointment for Thursday. (I had expected to wait days for an appointment.) Once we confirmed the time I received a text with the tech's name, photo, and a short bio! Jeff arrived a little after 8:AM and very quickly diagnosed the problem - the Liftmaster opener no longer had enough torque to work properly. He said it would have to be replaced. Two hours later we had a maintenance service on the equipment - and a STATE OF THE ART BRAND NEW LIFTMASTER! It has updated capabilities and "bells & whistles" like WiFi capability to connect to my cell phone and a security camera. AND, he installed a key-pad on the outside of the door jamb! AND, I was pleasantly surprised that even after all this time we are still considered a repeat customer and given "loyal customer" discounts! Oh yeah - the total cost was AMAZING! Much less than I had feared! And I appreciate no up-selling or pressure for extra services!"

"First the representative the price was $139 plus $25 discount then next day i guess the supervisor call me said it was going to be $149 but he can't do no more than $139 lower then that for service to replace my garage door opener. But other than that the service was good."

About half of our kitchen and half of the utility room had become bowed by water leaking under the floor from a water heater.  We discovered the water heater leak and replaced it, but were not aware of the extent of the problem. No one wanted the job!  It wasn't big enough for them. Ramon Acosta of D&R Services determined the extent of the damage and gave us a fair estimate. His team obtained the floor covering we selected and did a beautiful job of putting it down covering both affected rooms after replacing the floor itself.  There was also damage to a door jam that required additional structural work, which they also handled. They cleaned everything up and left nothing for us to have to do ourselves.
