"Our garage door had stopped closing. Not an emergency but wanted to get it fixed. We used Precision quite a while ago so I sent a chat note to them at about 4:00 PM Wednesday. Almost immediately I got a note back, offering an appointment for Thursday. (I had expected to wait days for an appointment.) Jeff arrived a little after 8:AM and very quickly diagnosed the problem - the Liftmaster opener no longer had enough torque to work properly. He said it would have to be replaced. Two hours later we had a maintenance service on the equipment - and a STATE OF THE ART BRAND NEW LIFTMASTER! It has updated capabilities and "bells & whistles" like WiFi capability to connect to my cell phone and a security camera. AND, he installed a key-pad on the outside of the door jamb! AND, I was pleasantly surprised that even after all this time we are still considered a repeat customer and given "loyal customer" discounts! Oh yeah - the total cost was AMAZING! Much less than I had feared! And I appreciate no up-selling or pressure for extra services!"
