"Our garage door had stopped closing. Not an emergency but wanted to get it fixed. We used Precision quite a while ago so I sent a chat note to them at about 4:00 PM Wednesday. Almost immediately I got a note back, offering an appointment for Thursday. (I had expected to wait days for an appointment.) Jeff arrived a little after 8:AM and very quickly diagnosed the problem - the Liftmaster opener no longer had enough torque to work properly. He said it would have to be replaced. And he said the door is OK but suggested having him do an overall maintenance service. AND, he had the parts on his truck and could start immediately! Two hours later we had a maintenance service on the equipment - and a STATE OF THE ART BRAND NEW LIFTMASTER! It has updated capabilities and "bells & whistles" like WiFi capability to connect to my cell phone and a security camera. AND, he installed a key-pad on the outside of the door jamb! AND, I was pleasantly surprised that even after all this time we are still considered a repeat customer and given "loyal customer" discounts! Oh yeah - the total cost was AMAZING! Much less than I had feared! And I appreciate no up-selling or pressure for extra services!"
