"Over the winter our hot water heater went out. We ended up purchasing a package for our home with very dated equipment: new hot water heater, furnace & removal of swamp cooler for air conditioning. They came out same day for water heater, we were up & running in no time. The remainder of the job was done in a timely manner. I was amazed by the quality of work. "Arrived on time, and repaired the leaking pipe under my kitchen sink. He's personable, and easy to talk to. Randy didn't talk down to me, he explained everything that was wrong and what needed to be done to fix it. When he was finished he made sure all areas around where he worked was cleaned up before he left. When I have more plumbing problems I will be calling Randy again, I highly recommend him!!!"

"The crew did the job, digging up and replacing 40 ft of main water line from the city line to the house, including installation of a pressure reducing valve. Overall COST was pretty expensive for labor considering the PEX tubing for the water line was the pretty much the only parts needed minus the pressure valve. I realize they go by a book that determines cost before work is actually done, though and I agreed to it. Kinda hard to get other estimates when you are in a pickle and need water in your home going asap during the holidays. Job got done and the 2 workers were nice guys. One complaint is I asked if there was a Veteran's Discount and they did include it but it was LESS THAN a 3% discount off the subtotal. Taking a star off for this and another for high labor cost."
