"Great! I hired Jeff and his crew to repair the railing on my deck, add a stairway, and paint it last summer. They did a great job, so I hired Jeff and his crew to totally gut and remodel my daughters bathroom. We demolished it down to the studs in many parts. They added in new bathtub, put in shower from the tub to ceiling, installed the vanity, faucets, new lighting and bathroom fan as well as repaired drywall and painted. They were conscientous and cleaned up after their work each day. The bathroom is beautiful! I wish I could post pictures. I would highly recommend Wellman Custom Remodeling."

Pleasant to deal with and so respectful! They have now painted our bathrooms, main living rooms and our back deck posts that needed staining. They can handle a variety of painting tasks including removing wallpaper, putting down stain/smell blocker, painting trim and ceiling coffers and brought their own scaffolding. They were great to do additional coats when needed (like taking color to white) and were easy to get a hold of. They cleaned up after and put everything back where they found it. "Dave Hartman and his team did so much more than a Fireplace Mantel Installation but I had to pick just one category of work done for this review. A couple of years ago, we had a General Contractor began the process of building my wife and I a new home in West Knoxville and when our home was approx. 75% completed, our contractor left; no warning.. just abandoned us and our new home build project. Thankfully (so very thankfully) we found Hartman Construction a week laterâ ¦. and they saved usâ ¦ and our homeâ ¦ finishing many-many areas that we undone, working so hard to get us our Certification of Occupancy.
