"Impossible to answer questions as nothing as been done yet as waiting list is 12 to 16 weeks out. The measuring for the sunroom was on time as stated during ordering, but the person measuring for the new doors didnt show up for appointment, and after waiting three weeks, I had to call Champion to find out why. Their phone system is worthless and after waiting all day for someone to return my call, I again called. The first call sent me to a mailbox that stated mailbox full and call back. I then called back and had another person answer. She was unable to connect me with anyone (manager) as they never answer her call. Then I called the salesperson who came to our home. He contacted someone and they came to measure for doors in a few days. Every person that I had direct contact with were pleasant and knowledgeable. Phone operators were also pleasant, but useless to us when they are ignored by company representatives."

"There were some issues with the platform. Specifically, they received the wrong dimensions from Archadeck, the parent company. When that was discovered, they rebuilt the platform and then erected the gazebo. The workers were punctual and hard-working. I could tell they knew what they were doing and I'm confident they did a great job. They pulled building permits and the county inspector remarded on the how well they did. <br /> I would use them again. <br /> <br />"
