"Outstanding Service!! Had extended warranty on my LG refrigerator. First company came out to diagnose, didn t keep parts on hand and had to order compressor. Two weeks later never heard back and they aren t answering calls or emails. LG reassigned to Quality and Sonya called right away! Wow she gets a 10 for customer service! They were out next day. Dustin did the repair and it is cooling right now. Very professional young man. In today s times you don t get customer service like this!"

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"They were great, my appliance wasn’t worth fixing, I would recommend them any time."

"Jay completed a half-dozen home repair and electrical (fans, outdoor lights) installation jobs in record time. Cleaned up after each job, efficient, fun and supportive. Definitely recommend and will use again! Thanks"

"I highly recommend this company to anyone needing appliance repairs. The level of care given to our request from reaching out to Home Advisors to getting a call from Repair Pros was exceptional. Jason the service technician was professional, respectful and was spot on with identifying the problem and completed the repairs in less than 2 hours. I would call on this company again if needed. Thank you!"
