"Lonnie saved me thousands of dollars. He figured out that I didn't need a line out to the back of my yard. He was able to fix me right up for a fraction of the original estimate by my usual plumber. While Lonnie and his crew were covering up the trench the other plumbers dug, they accidently damaged two of my sprinklers. I told him I wanted them fixed, and he told me he would do it. Now I didn't really expect that I would ever see him again, but he was true to his word. He replaced both sprinklers. He is a man of his word, and I highly recommend him."

"He confirmed there was a small leak but could not locate it exactly to be certain where to do the repair, because we were having roofing and remodeling done that echoed in the slab, so it was too noisy to hear properly with his listening equipment. The leak was small and not inside the house so we agreed to call him back at no extra detection cost when the other work was finished and he could hear. But in the meantime the tile company found the leak when they tore out the old tile and could see and hear it, so their plumber fixed it the cheap way by going through the slab since the floor was already out. They returned our call within ten minutes and said they had been having problems with being contacted by Angie's List. and scheduled the service for first thing the following morning. Upon arrival and inspection, the plumber said both shutoff valves needed to be replaced as well for an additional charge of $75. This was not a surprise to us, and we had purchased replacement valves already. We believed the additional repair was needed and the cost was reasonable.
