"They came out twice the first time the grout did not come out good in spots. A person from the company called me and said they were not happy with the result and wanted to come out again. The person they sent out the second time did a great job and the tile grout came out much cleaner. He said to wait a few days to make sure we like it and then he would return to seal the tile. Their service blew me away. Total concern for my satisfaction from everyone in the business. Will definitely use again!!!"

"They do a good job with carpet cleaning, but we also had some issues. I should have asked for a refund, but they did some grout cleaning and it didn't come out very good at all. Actually, they cleaned my screens and windows, and one other issue is I have casement windows and they were supposed to clean, vacuum out any debris from leaves or whatever in the casement but they didn't do it, or at least they didn't do it one hundred percent. I would probably use them again, but I'd probably have to complain a little bit more than I did. It would have been better if they would have came back and re-cleaned the windows."

We received a discount for the house being unfurnished since we had just purchased and had not yet moved in our belongings. We booked through their website on a Sunday night and they were able to schedule us for Tuesday. The workers were very professional and knowledgeable about how to remove stains. They were thorough but worked fast, and were extremely courteous. They provided booties for our shoes and a bottle of stain remover. Our carpets look brand new after the cleaning, which is especially impressive because I was not sure if the living room would ever look good again!"

"I was not happy with the results.  The men who came were obviously in a big hurry to get to their next job and did not take the time to clean well. <br /> Before they left I had to ask them to go over some dark high-traffic (soiled) areas a second time.  After they left and the carpet dried, it still looked dingy. So  I went over the area again  myself with my own, cheap little Bissel machine and got tons of more dirt out. I also had a bad experience with them another time  when they cleaned/polished my hardwood floors, and left swirled puddles of dirty polyurethane to dry on the floor .  I will not use Stanley Steamer again. I am looking elsewhere for a company that performs quality services. <br />"

"Brian and his son Toby did an excellent job.  They handled a difficult demo of the ceramic tile and sub-floor in our kitchen (lots of staples to remove) and did it carefully and neatly.  They covered the cabinets, center island, and doorways with plastic to reduce the dust.  It was a back breaking job but they did it in 2 days.  They then replaced the ceramic tile with a solid wood floor that we had purchased.  Brian and Toby re-painted our trim and replaced the shoe mold.  Afterward, they cleaned up perfectly.  The entire project took about 4-1/2 days as expected.  They worked around us and our 4 kids.  One afternoon, they even cleaned up and locked the house before they left as we had something to go to with our kids.  They are very reliable and honest.  We could tell that Brian is a carpenter by trade because of the care he took with the wood floor installation.  Brian and Toby take pride in their work and want the customer to be satisfied with the finished product.  We will definitely call them again for any future carpentry projects. Our new wood floor is absolutely beautiful! <br />"
