"Almost universally speaking, septic problems on weekends are never a good thing. Our basement started flooding and we discovered it as a septic issue. I started calling around — most businesses could not help until several days later. I finally called Josh at Great Falls Septic’s emergency line. He came quickly and had a swift plan of attack upon arrival. He give me the rundown of the problem, and gave us advice on how to avoid issues in the future. Josh was reliable, smart, skilled and honest. And well priced. I can not say enough good things about josh and Great Falls Septic. They made and awful Saturday morning flood turn into a great business experience. Thank you!"

"It couldn't have gone better! I called them Thursday night and Rick and his son, Wyatt, came out early the next morning. I know nothing about a septic system, but Rick was so helpful, understanding and HONEST!! I have had this problem for the past 5 days, but seemed to clear up after I had called another well-known company because my toilet was backed up. All they did was run a "snake" through the pipes and charged me TWICE as much as Rick Aits did and Rick did WAY more than the other company. It might not mean much, but the little things matter! When Rick and Wyatt dug up my yard to get to the tank, he saved the sod to put back as best as he could instead of just tearing up my yard. I really appreciate that. I would absolutely use Aits Septic Repair Service LLC again and recommend them to everyone! Great work, trustworthy, timely, and reasonably priced!! I am so grateful to them for not taking advantage of my lack of knowledge of how a septic system works while my husband is serving overseas. THANK YOU RICK!!!!"

"Really appreciated the next-day appointment (on a Saturday) and the high quality Service Representative who showed up on time and completed the necessary repair quickly and efficiently. Really excellent service. Would highly recommend Snell Heating & Air Conditioning for any repairs or service. We will definitely call them again if we need any work on our HVAC systems."

"Our outside faucet was damaged and needed replacement. Adam and his partner arrived promptly and provided a very reasonable estimate to replace the faucet. They kept us informed every step of the way, were quick and efficient with the repairs and left the workplace spotless. We chose The Pipe Doctor because they are a locally owned company with a spotless service record. We were completely satisfied with their service and would not hesitate to use them again."

"I hired Shawn to replace my water heater. He was fantastic- Sean and Kyle showed up exactly on time, provided excellent service at a competitive price, and provided a better warranty than anybody else around. I'd use them again in a heartbeat."

"Tou did a great job with work if installment. BUT, I have not been informed that I need additional pieces needed to be installed for RELAC and they did next inspection and gave me pass certification.... is it reliable? This year RELAC people from Reston association came to tux the air condition issue that I had and they informed me that if I don’t have those pieces in the system, my house will get damaged and not good for my air quality. I contact Clover and they were not responsive and the response that they have given later was so unprofessional. I was happy with their service but finding this issue with my HVAC installation and their response made me decide not to work with them again. I thought that they were recommended with my Condo because they knew how RELAC work and the structure or how inspection passes. Obviously they don’t ... Thanks"

"Great job! I needed a new garbage disposal because mine was broken and leaking. Mr. Williams quickly responded to my call and replaced it."

"This was the second time I've used this company. The 1st time was for installing a new toilet and the 2nd time for draining problems. Both times AJ was very professional and did excellent work! I plan to stick with this company for any future issues. Highly recommend!"

"We needed our water heater replaced. It was somewhat complicated because we wanted to upgrade the tank in size, but we had limited room for it. There was some back and forth in finding the appropriate tank, but the salesperson and technicians were very pleasant to work with throughout the whole process. When the pipes were moved and the tank was installed, it was done efficiently and professionally. We are very happy with our experience and the final product."
