"We did a lot of research and wanted a roof for our single family home that would last and not have to be replaced after 20-30 years. We discovered the ECO-Star synthetic slate tiles which are made from recycled tires and could be recycled again after they need replacement in 50 - 100 years! This sustainability appealed to us. We’d rather pay double now the price of a shingle roof (1800 ft) and be done with it for good in our life time. The higher price is mostly due to the more extensive work involved. And we are very happy with Riba Construction’s work. The foreman H.B. did an incredible job, communicated well and answered all our questions. He really took his time to meticulously make sure everything was done properly. The company owners came multiple times ether to check in with us or to help with the work. It took a bit longer than anticipated but we’d rather have a job done well than rushed. An Eco Star inspector came out and validated that their product was installed to their specifications. And now we have a 50 year warranty on it. It was a pleasure having H.B. and his crew around. We can highly recommend Riba Construction."

"Our review is based on the purchase (part 1) for replacing siding for both side of our home. Jacob L. was very professional, on time, and honest. He knows what he is selling. We learned a lot about our home during his presentation. Before we bought our home we paid for a professional home inspection. We thought our house inspector was very good but he did miss something---the siding on the sides of our home was installed extremely bad. Jacob pointed out so much that we just didn't know and should have be caught during our home inpection. Thanks Jacob!!"

"The process up to the QA Inspection was excellent. People were friendly and knowledgeable. Austin was excellent at giving honest answers to all our questions. When I asked him one he couldn’t answer he didn’t try to BS his way through, he simply said he didn’t know and then proceeded to make calls until he got an answer. At the Pre-install inspection we were told the install crew would arrive between 8-10. The install crew chief was very surprised to hear that when he arrived at 7. The installation was also excellent. Done and dusted by 4PM. The QA inspection cost you an excellent rating. It was little more than a high pressure sales pitch to replace my aluminum siding with vinyl. I just spent $20K on a new roof and he pressured us to spend another $40K on something that doesn’t need to be replaced. Not cool. I would definitely recommend Power, but with a caveat on the QA inspection."

"This work was done under warranty related to a major project R&M did in 2010.  The major hale storm in the summer of 2010 badly damaged our roof and aluminum siding.  R&M was selected to replace the roof and the siding.  The total job was in excess of $25,000; fortunately it was covered by our insurance policy.
We were very pleased by the earlier work. So, for this work I called R&M thinking we would be paying for a small project.  Kyle Hoffman, president and owner of Roofing & More, came and personally inspected the damage.  He made a video of the damage and described what needed to be done.  The video was then sent to the office via the Internet and a request was made for a technician to come as soon as one was available.  While sitting in our kitchen Kyle checked the office records via phone .  He then told us that the work was under warranty from the initial job and that there would be no cost to us.
The technician came in less than an hour, he knew exactly what to do, and he did it quickly.  He was professional and polite.
My wife and could not have been more pleased. This was exceptional service!

"Excellent experience! I cannot say enough great things about working with Zach and team on replacing our roof. Zach came out to our home and took his time going over and looking at the entire roof to ensure he had a clear picture of what needed to be done. He gave us a detailed quote including revising the quote and breaking it down several ways for us showing pricing differences for various shingles and even splitting up the roof into different sections. We were not ready to make the commitment right away and Zach did a great job checking in every so often, but not being an "over bearing sales guy" or completely "ghosting" us either. Once we decided to move forward with them we also had them quote and replace a portion of wood siding on our home with vinyl to match the rest of the house. Scheduling and communication throughout the project was excellent. The crew that came out was very hard working, respected our home and property, and were extremely professional. "We originally had four items on our list. Jesse came out for the estimate and did a quick inspection of the exterior and found several items that needed to be addressed. We ended up having the team tackle all the additional items so they wouldn't turn into bigger issues later. Other than a delay in the start day and a hiccup on the first work day, the job went well. Alberto and Javier were pleasant to deal with, respectful, neat and did a great job on each project. They replaced a piece of trim and the rubber seal on the side of the garage door and you'd never know it wasn't the original piece. They painted the trim and garage door and didn't spill a drop on the driveway. Inside, they laid drop cloths leading down to the basement where they replaced a section of drywall. They covered the entire room in plastic so as not to get dust everywhere when they sanded. After patching the drywall, they painted the entire wall so the patch wouldn't stand out. They moved all the furniture and put everything back where it was when they were finished. When they were all done, you would never have know they were here because they didn't leave any mess behind. We were so glad to have all these little projects completed and done well. This is our second time using JW Home Improvement and we would use them again. We would also ask for Alberto and Javier again. They make a great team."
