"I had a very disappointing experience with Beacon Home Services. This company charges extremely high prices for even the most basic repairs. I needed a simple leak fixed in my gas water heater?a job that took no more than 10?15 minutes?and the cost was outrageously high. Their customer service was equally frustrating. They were rude, unhelpful, and promised to call me back but never did. The lack of professionalism was obvious at every step. I strongly recommend staying away from this company. Save your money and look for a reputable service provider that values honesty, fair pricing, and respectful communication."

"i have been using Shaw for 10 years and they have installed all my AC. i have told them that they do a good service but overcharging. they replace a dual run start device which should cost between $150 to $250 (hardware cost $30) for $500. it is upsetting to see them taking advantage of old clients."
