"Turned on my desk top last weekend. The computer would not boot. The start button flashed orange and beeped. Did the usual unplugged and reconnected everything. Still got the same result. Checked out Angie's List and came across K S Computers. The reviews were favorable. I liked the fact you could drop off your machine at the convenient down town Crystal Lake store. Around noon, on Monday, Dec. 16, I gave them a call and explained the problem. Asked if i could drop off the computer. Was told to come in. Dropped it off about an hour or so later. Kevin told me he would call either later that afternoon or the next day. Since I had numerous errands to run the next day, I gave them a call the next morning. He had diagnosed and explained the problem but wanted to run other tests to make sure there were no other issues. I went about my errands and returned home around 4:45 pm. Had a message my computer was ready for pickup. It said the price and I could pick it up, they would be open till 6:00 pm. Picked it up and set it up. It works perfectly.
