Jorge and his partner came over shortly thereafter and took measurements and a few days later, Mary set up the installation. We did not love the style we chose for our curved stairway and when we explained our mistake, they could not have been nicer. They started the process all over again right away and installed it the way we should have chosen in the first place for no extra charge. Use them, you won't be sorry!"

"I have been preparing my house for sale, so I decided to get an estimate on having 1800 square feet of hardwood floors buffed and coated with urethane. I discussed the price over that phone. The estimated cost was 40 cents per square foot, totaling $800, contingent on inspection by the owner of Superior Hardwood Flooring, George. He arrived at my house and carefully looked at the condition of the floors throughout. He noted that much of my wood flooring is in very good condition. Some areas have minor dark spots that are the result of washing with water, over the years. George explained that the dark spots would not be improved by buffing and coating and that spending $800 would really not yield a great difference. He advised that the only way to get back to a new finish look would be to refinish everything. He further advised that by going down the path of refinishing, I could update with the darker more trendy colors, but that the cost of doing so would be significantly higher, $2.50 per square foot, and would not likely be a good return on my investment. I decided not to do anything to my wood floors and I really appreciate the professionalism and candid advise that George provided, for my particular situation."

"I called Top Bros Construction after finding them on Angie's List. I recently bought the house and needed some remodeling & upgrades done. They returned my call promptly and came to my house 2 days later to look at the work needed to be done. There was much work to be done & they (Jose, Cesar and their father) listened patiently to what my husband & I wanted done and made suggestions. After getting several estimates we hired Top Bros. The work included removing carpet in the spacious family room, installing hardwood flooring & feathering in the new floor with the old floor in the adjoining kitchen, staining & finishing floor and painting the 2 story living room. The open staircase was wood going upstairs which they also refinished but carpeted going downstairs to the lower level. The stairs going down had to be rebuilt as they were not made of oak treads like the rest of the stairs. In the lower level they removed carpet, leveled the cement floor and installed approx. 1000 sq ft plank porcelain tiles. As the home was vacant, they were able to get there early and spent all day. Cesar, Jose and their workers were friendly, courteous and went out of their way to help us move some items when they realized we could not move them. The hardwood floor is beautiful and you can not tell were the old joins the new. The tiles in the lower level are gorgeous. I have already told them that as soon as it gets warmer I have some exterior work for them including installing a new sliding glass door."

"Sergiu came when he said he would and made sure to cover path ways , etc with plastic so carpets, etc would not get damaged. They cleaned up after they were done. The flooring installation was well done and looks great. I have 2 steps off the kitchen which could have been a problem but he did a good job with it. I was pleased with the results. Sergiu and his crew were very respectful and careful with other things in the house. I would hire him again."
