I chose to replace the toilet and gave him guidlines for the new toilet. He went to Home Depot, acquired the toilet returned promptly and installed it in a timely manner. After which he broke down and explained the itemized charges. After paying for the work thru my credit card, I received an e-mail summary right away...One major concern that I had in hiring Western Rooter & Plumbing was that their technicians had been vaccinated for Covid 19. I had been referred to Western earlier this year by my condo HOA for a common area leak repair in my unit. I was assured by the dispatcher that the technician coming to my condo was vaccinated against Covid. So when I had this toilet leak problem 6 months later that I had to pay for, out of a multitude of plumbing companies, I went back to Western Rooter & Plumbing after receiving the same assurance."

"Make it Drain does amazing work! They know what they are talking about and they fit you into their schedule right away. They can handle all things plumbing related and only use the best quality materials when they have to do replacements. We had our main sewer line from the street back up. They ran a camera and discovered we had major root intrusion and the clay pipe had begun to separate. They dug an 8ft hole down to the problem area, ran a liner through the clay pipe and replaced the connection. We are so thankful to no longer have to worry about our plumbing backing up.
