"Within days of purchasing the deal, I received the instructions and paper to draw my table templates. The table has 2 drop leaves plus 2 additional leaves that can be inserted in the table. The templates were pretty easy to draw. The finished pads were delivered in a very short time. They fit the table and each of the 4 leaves perfectly and magnetically lock together to keep them aligned when on the table. A year and a half later, I still love these pads."

"<p>I was having the interior of my house completely redone and suddenly the painter (different company) didn't want to bother with the ornate balusters on the main staircase.  He said the handcarved cutouts made the job too complicated and cost prohibitive and I should just leave them painted the color they were. </p> <p>A few months earlier, I had purchased an eight hour "Big Deal" package from Michael's Work through Angie's List, so I gave them a call.  Michael came right over to check out the job and brought his worker, Joe.  I asked Joe if he thought he could get very many of the staircase spindles finished in eight hours and he said, "No problem.  What do you want me to do when I finish the stairs?"  Joe proceeded to do an excellent job on the spindles and then tackled the French doors, which contained multiple 100-year old panes of leaded glass. "I was extremely please with the job that was completed. The exterior of my house looks great. Dennis and his crew were professional and courteous. Even as they were at removing the existing siding, gutter, etc., they always cleaned up before leaving for the day. I appreciated this especially because this was not just a one day job. They answered all my questions and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process. I plan on using this company again for some projects inside my house. Would recommend them to others."

"Excellent! Dunn Home Improvement remodeled my dated kitchen and removed a wall. It was a project with many changes due to delays and discontinued products I selected. They were very patient and responsive with me when I was reworking my over all design. Their workmanship is exceptional and they are great a keeping the job area clean. Plus, they are prompt and responsive! Experts in all things construction!"

"It went very well.  He was very accommodating to our work schedules and got the project done very quickly.  He also gave us some good advice to call an HVAC service to have a dehumidifier connected to out HVAC system to prevent the bathroom vets from mold because our basement is very humid. <br />"

"He came to my house, but never actually delivered the design. He asked for 2-3 wks. I gave him about 4 wks. I tried to contact him to follow up, but I did not hear from him. I have received a refund from Angie's List. He told me they were doing (maybe paving?) when we first met, and he's trying to do landscape design? It was only $39. When I first contacted the rating was A, and it was B when I last looked. Maybe it's a case of trying to do too much, or needing to narrow the scope of work. You can know/do a little about everything, or something about a little....not both."
