They have repaired my washer, cleaned the dryer vent (we do this annually), and they installed a built in double oven, gas cooktop, microwave, and 3 new dishwashers. "The technician first came to our home in May and provided an estimate. Because the cost of repair was so high, and because the unit was still cooling, we delayed the repair. The refrigerator stopped working and we called to schedule the repair. The estimate was increased by $125 because the cost of the part had risen. The day before he was scheduled to arrive we were informed that the replacement of the compressor may not resolve the issue and that the refrigerator may be irreperable. I was disappointed that we were not told this earlier. The replacement of the compressor did not resolve the issue and rather than make us pay the full cost of the compressor (which most repairman would do) he split that with us, which was extremely generous. Moreover, he did not charge us for labor. Although the repair could not be made, they went above and beyond to make certain we were satisfied.
