"I depend on Evolution Services. They are knowledgeable, courteous, and prompt. They have repaired my washer, cleaned the dryer vent (we do this annually), and they installed a built in double oven, gas cooktop, microwave, and 3 new dishwashers. I have used them at two different homes. They even helped find me a great deal in a replacement when my dishwasher died 18 months out of warranty. I HIGHLY recommend!"

"The technician first came to our home in May and provided an estimate. Because the cost of repair was so high, and because the unit was still cooling, we delayed the repair. The refrigerator stopped working and we called to schedule the repair. The estimate was increased by $125 because the cost of the part had risen. The day before he was scheduled to arrive we were informed that the replacement of the compressor may not resolve the issue and that the refrigerator may be irreperable. I was disappointed that we were not told this earlier. The replacement of the compressor did not resolve the issue and rather than make us pay the full cost of the compressor (which most repairman would do) he split that with us, which was extremely generous. Moreover, he did not charge us for labor. Although the repair could not be made, they went above and beyond to make certain we were satisfied.

"This was the best part of my appliance installation process. Tony was very flexible with this install since it had to happen over 2 days. if the company I ordered the appliances from wasn't putting in the range (once it gets here) for free I would hire tony and SWAI again in a heart beat."

"Uptown appliance repair has been to our home twice in the past 3 months for different appliance repair. They were able to fix both appliances on site for the cost of the site service. Both appliances needed lubrication or cleaning. They truly try to repair the appliances on site first before ordering expensive parts or trying to sell new. I highly recommend using them."

"Excellent service all around from Vanesa and Frank. Vanesa was very quick to respond to my original request and questions. It was also easy to get on the schedule for my GE electric cooktop w/downdraft replacement. Frank arrived for the replacement on time and was quick and efficient. He definitely has a lot of experience and comfort with installing appliances, and it showed in how fast he got started and completed the replacement. I will use Houston Village Appliance Repair for my appliance needs in the future. Thank you!!!!!"

"I can't say enough wonderful things about James Archer with Archer Appliances. He is a very honest, customer service oriented business man that goes above and beyond for his customers. I had a cracked glass cooktop that needed to be replaced. Not only did he sell me a top-of-the-line cooktop for such a great price, he came out after regular business hours (I work full-time in the Medical Center) to install it. He's very polite, respectful, and treats his customers as if they are family. He and his son-in-law did a marvelous job! I very highly recommend James Archer and Archer Appliances."
