"“Alex did an excellent job repairing our dishwasher and range oven. He was professional, punctual, and very knowledgeable. He quickly identified the issues and fixed everything perfectly. Both appliances are now working like new. He explained the problem clearly and made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving. Highly recommend Alex for any appliance repairs!”"

"Great experience. Harmond W diagnosed the issue within the first 10 minutes of our interactive video session. He immediately followed up with the part number of the part which had likely failed and a link to Sears PartsDirect to order the part. After our session I removed the wall oven from the kitchen cabinet enclosure, found the suspected part, and confirmed it had indeed failed (as we had discussed during our session. I just ordered the part, and will plan to complete the oven repair when it arrives in a week or so. I'll definitely plan to use this Neli service again when needed."

"Very knowledgeable about the appliance. He was in an auto accident and still fixed my ovens with one hand in a sling. I would recommend his company to anyone. Thank you for getting my ovens up and running for the holidays"

"Made 3 or 4 calls. Melissa got appointment scheduled & repair accomplished. Very happy our oven works again!!!"

"he replaced an ice maker took him about 10 min. removed four screws and pulled the old and installed the old. Charged $119 for service which I thought was a little high for a 10min. job. other than that service was good."

"We are so pleased with Home Crafters! We have no complaints! The work began earlier than we had expected, and it was finished before the estimated completion date! The workers were courteous, and focused on getting the job done -- right! The deck turned out beautiful! Jim was always available and ready to answer any questions or concerns. We would not hesitate in recommending services from Home Crafters!"

"I bought a Choice Home Warranty for my aging mother as I don't live in the same town as she does and can't help her in the way I'd like to, especially with repairs to her appliances and systems. Having a full home warranty with Choice, it has given me the peace of mind knowing that I can get someone in to help her that isn't taking advantage of her age and situation and overcharging her. We've had to have 2 repairs this first year; her gas stovetop and her washing machine. The stovetop took several visits to get the problem fixed but that was for parts, but we only had to pay the service fee and it works just fine now. We were very pleased with the repair serviceperson and how he treated my mother. The washing machine had a problem, we called, someone showed up and checked out the machine and said it was a really, really old washing machine and said it would be more expensive to repair that replace. Choice paid $350 for the washing machine replacement value and that doesn't really buy a replacement as Maytag washing machines run about $600 for the bottom model, but it still was something to help towards the cost of replacing and overall, I'm very happy with the Choice Home Warranty product."

"The service call was prompt. The individual effectively communicated what he was doing to find the problem and why, what he found, and what the cost would be for various options. Can't ask for more than that."

"I called one day when my dryer stopped working, and the next day he showed up.  He knew exactly what the problem was before even taking anything apart.  He went out to his van and came back with the part.  ~ $50 for service plus part and my dryer was working again.

"Piernick was a contractor sent out by Lowe's to install the Kitchen Appliances we purchased. (This is why I cannot provide any detailed cost information) They installed a Gas Range/Oven, mounted microwave, & Dishwasher. The installers were great in every aspect, they were professional, efficient and meticulous. The Lowe?s aspect of the transaction did not go smoothly, but Piernick went above and beyond to make sure that everything was taken care of and to compensate for the mistakes made by Lowes. This is a very professional, great company that I look forward to working with more in the future!
