He spent a long time trying to find a gas leak, and checked our sewers, furnace, and dryer, in addition to the hot water heater. "The tech, Jim, who came out was friendly and knowledgeable. He quickly repaired the short term problem of a clogged drain and gave me good advice on what repairs that will need to be done in the future. I never felt pressured to have done more than needed to be done and I appreciated the time he took to explain each step of what he was doing. My only surprise was that there was a $100 fee added because I had used an acid drain clearing product. I found the rationale that their snake would be damaged plausible. Still they arrived in about an hour after I called and I was given a warranty of one free service if the pipe clogged again within a year. Overall, a good experience even if it was a bit more than I was expecting to pay."
