At first I thought the price was a bit high but after I saw the amount of time, material, and workmanship that they completed I thought the price was very fair. Roofs are alot of work as I learned. What I especially liked about Manuel is he did not go cheap and install a torch down rubber roof. He installed a rubber EPDM roof instead. If you have a flat roof, do yourself a favor and install a rubber EPDM membrane and make sure to contact Manuel. He also rebuilt our chimneys very good as well. Excellent masons! They removed the original door without making a big mess or just "banging it out" it was removed smartly to not damage anything that was supposed to remain. They then assessed what they had to work with and built up where needed to make the install of the new door as secure as possible. The new door went in smoothly and looks fantastic. Al throughout the install they would answer any question I had or my children had. They also took care to make sure the alarm wires and doorbell cam were protected from harm during the install and that they worked as expected when done.
