"I've dealt with probably 20+ contractors after the purchase of my first home in regards to work being done on my chimney, deck, roof, gutters, floors etc. Out of all of the contractors i've spoken with Charlie at Bella Casa Floors stands out as one of the best and one of my favorites to work with. When he came into my home to take a look i made him aware of all of the work i was getting done and all of the money i was spending to get things cleaned up, repaired etc. I was clearly overwhelmed and everything is new to me considering this is my first home. He easily could have made me feel like i needed to get more work done than i needed to in order to up-sell me but he didn't. He actually did the opposite. He made a point to say most of my floors were in pretty good shape already and i could save money by not getting them all sanded and stained and he actually recommended a significant cost saving solution which worked out excellent!! I've been getting compliments already on the floors. I did have one room that had a carpet which i ripped up and needed to get sanded and stained from damage to the floors and discoloring beneath the carpet. His team sanded and stained that floor and it looks incredible!! Everyone loves the work his team did including my wife and I. He was very responsive, did the work quickly and efficiently and was truly a pleasure to speak and work with. There are not many contractors i would rehire or recommend but he is definitely one of them. How could i not trust someone who helped me save money and did great work on what i did end up needing. Lastly, the price he quoted me at was a lot cheaper than another guy i had come check them out."
