Chapter claimed high-end services, but this was not the reality. There was minimal project management, workmanship was terrible (damaged new items, blamed ?site conditions? when they couldn?t do basic work they?d promised, had to re-do many items because quality was so poor). They missed every deadline and overshot the timeline by months. Ahmet and his team came in and knew exactly what needed to be done and did it. I replaced carpet with vinyl flooring and had my stairs done the same. They fixed floor and stairs so well you don’t hear a single squeak.
