"They weren't forthcoming about additional testing. Base inspection $299 then additional $400+ for lab testing. Wish I had known for vendor comparison purposes. However, I think it was worth it. Owner said the techs need to be instructed to say it was optional, but it helps you better understand the mold your dealing with. Glad I did it but not sure if it could have been done for less."

"Jeremiah was amazing with customer service. Attentive, always responded. Lamar was the technician. I just didn’t feel like he had a lot of experience but he was here quite awhile, inside and outside the home. Jeremiah said they charged $299 and no mileage fee, but did not mention that the two tests to see if it was black mold would be $700! That was upsetting but you were stuck because you had paid $300 for him to come out. It took a while to get tests back but that wasn't their fault. Just wish we hadn't been blindsided, but otherwise very reliable."

"Boy did we have an adventure. Moved into a house on November and started developing significant breathing issues. Turned out, the filters and air ducts had never been cleaned. Andre was very helpful and attentive to detail, explained the testing of mold and dust thoroughly. We received our results in a about a week and a plan for remediation. During remediation, he took pictures along the way to show the positive difference. Once he was finished with remediation, unfortunately our heat stopped working in 30 degree weather. Andre called in a favor with a personal friend who fixes furnaces and came the very next day. It turns out that our system was so used to being overworked for so many years that our ignition stopped working and needed to be replaced. While sitting in an ice cold house for a day was not fun, Andre kept checking in on me and my family to make sure we were taken care of. I highly recommend his services!"
